Introduction:

This is suitable for 10kV SF6 fully insulated circuit breaker ring main switchgear (25kA permanent magnet ring main switchgear), which uses vacuum arc extinguishing, SF6 gas insulation, and a phase distance of 150mm. The mechanism adopts a monostable design and a three-phase direct-drive structure (with each phase having an independent mechanism design), and the deviation in closing and opening time is less than 1ms. The core material of the mechanism has a demagnetization temperature of ≥ 300°C. The mechanism features an internal trip spring design, with the three-phase opening and closing synchronized through a mechanical linkage shaft. After closing, the remaining holding force of each phase exceeds 500N. The overall peak closing current is no more than 25A, and the peak opening current is no more than 15A. The product’s comprehensive technical specifications meet the relevant technical requirements of State Grid and Southern Power Grid orders.
