Working Conditions:

• Operating temperature: The upper limit of the ambient air temperature is +60°C, and the lower limit is -25°C; the 24-hour average temperature should not exceed 35°C.
• Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. The average maximum relative humidity during the most humid month is 90%, with an average minimum temperature of 2°C in that month, and condensation may form on the product surface due to temperature changes.
• Altitude: The installation location should be at an altitude of no more than 2000m (for altitudes above 2000m, please consult with the manufacturer).
• Wind speed: The wind speed at the installation location should not exceed 35m/s.
• Ice thickness: For outdoor installations, the ice layer on the surface of the enclosure should not exceed 10mm.
• Pollution level: Pollution level is Grade 3.

Installation Environment Conditions:

1. No significant shaking or impact vibrations;
2. In a medium without explosion hazards, and free of gases or dust that could corrode metals or damage insulation;
3. Suitable for installation in locations such as wall-mounted or pole-mounted outdoor sites;
4. Seismic intensity should not exceed eight degrees.

Storage and Transport Conditions:  During transportation, the product should be handled with care and should not be placed upside down, avoiding severe impacts.

Protection level: Protection level is IP34.

Note: If the air temperature of the use environment is higher than +60℃ or lower than -25℃, please refer to the product sample. The data given in the manual or in consultation with the manufacturer should be used.

Technical Standard:

The low-voltage electric energy meter box (hereinafter referred to as the meter box) is suitable for the electric energy metering of the terminal electricity users in the AC 50Hz, rated working voltage
220V or 380V power supply system.
