Product Overview:

YBW-12/0.4-1250 high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation, Photovoltaic power generation, as a clean energy production method, has been rapidly developed at home and abroad. It is precisely to meet the growing power supply requirements of photovoltaic power generation that our company produces 10kV, 35kV combined transformers, digests and absorbs domestic and foreign technologies and combines domestic needs to develop a series of products.

This product is to install the transformer, load switch, and high-voltage fuse in the transformer box, and use the transformer’s insulating liquid as the insulation and heat dissipation medium for the entire product. It adopts a fully sealed structure, and the shell adopts a split body. Shot peening, pickling, phosphating, and spraying primer, intermediate paint, and topcoat separately achieve the surface’s anti-1, anti-thickness, and anti-ultraviolet resistance, which are all stronger than ordinary spraying. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, and easy installation.

  • Altitude not exceeding 3000m:
  • Ambient temperature range: -40℃~+45℃;
  • Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 30m/s;
  • Relative humidity: daily average value not exceeding 95%, monthly average value not exceeding 90%;
  • The waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately sinusoidal, and the three-phase power supply voltage is approximately symmetrical;
  • Installation location: Install in a place without fire, explosion hazard, severe pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
