Overview:

Prefabricated box-type substation is a new type of power distribution equipment that is the most economical, convenient and effective. It assembles 12kV (24kV and 36kV) high-voltage switchgear, transformer and low-voltage switchgear together. It is movable and assembled in the factory.
Prefabricated box-type substation (hereinafter referred to as box-type substation) has the advantages of good completeness, small size, small footprint, access to load center, improved power supply quality, reduced line loss, shortened power transmission cycle, flexible location, adaptable setting, easy installation, reliable operation, low investment and quick effect. It is widely used in urban power distribution, high-rise buildings, residential areas, parks, highways, oil fields, industrial and mining enterprises, temporary construction sites, etc.

• Unique structure: The unique honeycomb structure double-layer (composite board) shell is firm, heat-insulating, heat-dissipating and ventilated, beautiful, and has a high level of protection. The shell materials are stainless steel alloy, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and color steel plate.

Working Environment：

• Altitude: not more than 1000m, high altitude products can be customized;
• Ambient temperature: -25℃ ~+40℃;
• Relative humidity: daily average value is not more than 95%, monthly average value is not more than 90%;

• Installation location: no fire, explosion hazard, conductive dust, chemical corrosive gas and severe vibration. If the above conditions are exceeded, the user can negotiate with our company.

Main Structure of Box Substation：

Prefabricated box transformers are mainly composed of the following forms.
1. According to the form of high-voltage switch access to the power grid: ring network type terminal type
